Housing Development Corporation Limited (HDC) has re-opened application opportunity to purchase flats from Male' Square and Male' Grand.
Application opportunity for the purchase of 47 flats from the 161 flats developed by Tata Housing Development Company of India have been re-opened, according to HDC. The flats, sold for USD 129,880 would be available for purchase via an online portal. In addition, important information such as the design of the flats would be available from the online platform. The applicants should be Maldivians of age 21 and above and should not have attained a flat under the first opportunity opened on January 31, HDC said.
The 47 flats includes 10 flats from Male' Square and 37 flats from Male' Grand. The flats have 3 rooms, 2 toilets, a sitting room, a kitchen and a dining area, according to HDC.
