Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has revealed foundation of its housing towers would be laid this month.
the company always prioritises the comfort of its employees and the company has been exerting major efforts to complete the construction of two housing towers in a short period of time, Managing Director of MACL Adil Moosa said in an interview with PSM News. In this regard, Adil Moosa revealed opportunity would be opened soon to submit applications for the housing units.
MACL said the two housing towers would bring a positive end effects to the housing issues faced by the majority of its 2,800 employees. MACL would be developing 2 towers of 15-storeys in Hulhumale' as part of the Hiyaa Housing Project initiated by the government of Maldives. Under the largest housing project to be conducted in Maldives, MACL would offer 1 room and 3 room flats to its employees.
President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom and First Lady Madam Fathimath Ibrahim officially inaugurated the largest housing initiative in Maldives to provide housing for 80 thousand people. Under the Hiyaa Housing Project, a total of 36 towers would be built in the second phase of Hulhumale'.
