Universal Enterprises begins export of luxury cruiser to Seychelles

Universal Boat Yard, which is a subsidiary of renowned Maldivian company Universal Enterprises Private Limited has begun export of its Maldivian built fiberglass vessels.
The "Lugano 45", which took 5 months to complete, was undocked from the Universal Boat Yard at Thilafushi Industrial Island and loaded onboard the Victoria Schulte bound to Seychelles. The flybridge controlled luxury cruiser crafted for resort or private use can be configured to several other setups due to the flexibility in design. It is powered by 2 inboard engines and can be rigged up to 900HP and runs at a speed of 30 knots. The interiors are fully air-conditioned and very spacious, customisable to several user requirements.
The main cabin comfortably accommodates 20 people with posh seating and comes with a master room equipped with toilet and other amenities. Apart from manufacturing its own brand of diving boats and speedboats, extensive repair and maintenance work are done at the yard by Universal Enterprises. The company said it looks forward to exporting more vessels in the future to expand its products to international markets.
