Land plots to be leased from Thilafushi Industrial Zone

Greater Male' Industrial Zone Limited has opened opportunity to rent land from Thilafushi Industrial Zone for industrial purposes.
A notice issued by the Greater Male' Industrial Zone states interested parties can apply for not more than three land plots. Each land can be registered for a fee and every land must be registered separately. Meanwhile, the notice further revealed a bid security must be paid before June 11, according to the notice.
The industrial zone is opened for various purposes such as vehicle and vessel repair, storage of furniture, cold storage, motor vehicle storage and such industrial purposes.
