Foreign Minister attends OIC summit to discuss situation in Palestine

Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohamed Asim has attended 7th Extraordinary Islamic Summit Conference convened by the Organisation of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to discuss the serious ongoing developments in Palestine.
The Delegation travelling along with the Foreign Minister includes Secretary Bilateral of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ahmed Khaleel and Assistant Director Ismail Mamdhooh. Furthermore, Minister Asim is scheduled to deliver a statement at the Extraordinary Islamic Summit Conference.
The 7th Extraordinary Summit Conference is being convened on the invitation of President of Turkey, who is the Chair of the 13th Summit Conference of the OIC in response to the grave developments in the State of Palestine, as a result of the ongoing Israeli brutal aggression against the Palestinian people and the inauguration of the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem.
