Public Service Media (PSM) has assigned Allied Insurance Company of the Maldives Private Limited as the Associate Sponsor of PSM FIFA World Cup coverage. The agreement was signed by Deputy Managing Director of PSM Mohamed Ikram Abdul Latheef and Managing Director of Allied Insurance Ahmed Ameel.
PSM is the only licensed broadcaster in the country for the World Cup coverage and other channels and cable TV operators must receive a permit by PSM to telecast World Cup matches, Deputy Managing Director Mohamed Ikram said speaking at the signing ceremony. Ikram thanked Allied Insurance in assisting efforts of PSM in delivering the best world cup coverage. He assured the participation of Allied Insurance will further assist PSM World Cup coverage in efforts to deliver a full World Cup package to the public.
The company is delighted to be part of World Cup coverage since it is one on the most prominent international football competitions that interests Maldivians, Managing Director of Allied Insurance Ahmed Ameel said speaking at function.
