Nadhih Abdul Hameed wins first place of ‘’Emme Aligadha Thari Junior’’

Nadhih Abdul Hameed has won the first place in the ‘’Emme Aligadha Thari Junior’’ Quran competition held by Public Service Media (PSM). He was given the cash prize of nearly USD 20,000 and a plaque by the Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Ahmed Ziyad.
Meanwhile, Mohamed Saai Mubarak was named as the first runner-up and Abdulla Hayaan Hameez was named as the second runner-up of the competition. The first runner-up was given a cash prize of almost USD 10,000 and the second runner-up was given a cash prize of over USD 3,000.
The competition was initiated by PSM to enhance the interest of children towards Islam and Quran. The competition was open for children between 8-16 years.
