President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has concluded a two-day visit to Bileffahi, Kan'ditheemu, Funadhoo, and Milandhoo of Shaviyani atoll.
During his official visit to Shaviyani atoll, President Yameen took part in the ceremony to mark the completion of beach protection project in Bileffahi, and inaugurated the harbour at Kan'ditheemu. The President also attended the ceremony held to mark the completion of the airport land reclamation project and the commencement of the runway project in Funadhoo.
Moreover, President Yameen visited Milandhoo Island, where he inaugurated the island's sewerage system.
