Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure has revealed efforts are underway to develop and tar 11 roads of Hithadhoo in Addu City.
Various developmental projects are underway in Addu City, Deputy Minister of Housing Minister Abdulla Ziyad revealed while speaking on a programme aired on PSM News. Abdulla Ziyad added the citizens have realised how much the previous administrations have neglected developing islands, highlighting major challenges faced to Addu have been solved by the current government.
Moreover, Ziyad stated housing ministry has now begun to install street lights, adding major projects carried out in Addu City alone proves the calibre of the administration. While preparations are underway to tar 11 roads in Hithadhoo, housing ministry has now identified areas to place waste junctions and pavements.
The current administration has conducted major road development projects across Maldives.
