Asian Society of Mastology has held the second annual conference on Conquering Breast Cancer commences in Maldives.
The conference focused for Asian countries was held in Hotel Jen in Male' City from October 3-5. The conference was attended by 70 participants from 10 countries.
Speaking to media, Head of Surgery and Consultant Department of Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) Dr. Mohamed Shifan said discussions were held on breast cancer and its treatment. In this regard, Dr. Shifan added several findings and research papers were submitted and discussed during the conference.
The first annual conference on Conquering Breast Cancer was held in New Delhi, India.
