JSC to appoint magistrates to 15 magistrate courts across the country

Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has decided to appoint magistrates to 15 magistrate courts across the country. The decision was made following a vote taken at a meeting held by the commission, according to JSC.

Magistrates are to be appointed for Magistrate Courts in Foakaidhoo in Shaviyani Atoll, Alifushi and Dhuvaafaru in Raa Atoll, Kaashidhoo, Himmafushi, Gulhi and Thulusdhoo in Kaafu Atoll, Dhigurah in Alifu Dhaalu Atoll, Dharanboodhoo in Faafu Atoll, Hulhudheli in Dhaalu Atoll, Thimarafushi in Thaa Atoll, Gan in Laamu Atoll, Villingili in Gaafu Alifu Atoll, Fuvahmulah City and Feydhoo in Addu City.

JSC said qualified personnel would be swiftly recruited for the post of magistrates at the aforementioned courts of law.
