Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has revealed arrangements are being made to accept the application forms for the land plots from Hulhumale' Phase 2.
In a press statement, HDC said the duration given to submit the forms will be extended, adding the corporation is inquiring about the process and the progress made by Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure.
Furthermore, HDC assured it will reveal the dates and the procedure to submit the application forms. HDC said the decision to receive the submissions in the queue order issued by housing ministry and increasing the duration was made to ease the efforts by the citizens to submit the application forms.
The government has decided to lease 400 land plots from Hulhumale' at a price of USD 26,000 for each plot.
