Bank of Maldives (BML) has begun work to set up ATM services in additional three islands, in efforts to expand its services across the country.
ATM services will be introduced in Maavah in Laamu Atoll, Thulhaadhoo in Baa Atoll and Alifushi in Raa Atoll, according to BML. The national bank said announcements have been sent out to find contractors to construct booths to set up the machines.
In its efforts to expand services, BML has set up ATM machines across Maldives. BML's network comprises of 34 branches in 20 atolls, 34 self-service banking centres, 95 ATMs, 4-thousand-900 POS merchants, and 230 cash agents.
