Former President Mohamed Nasheed has met with Leader of Jumhooree Party Qasim Ibrahim.
Their first meeting since Qasim Ibrahim was elected as Speaker of Parliament was held at Nasheed's residence. However, details about the meeting, have not yet been disclosed to the public.
Qasim also met with the President-Elect Ibrahim Mohamed Solih, Sunday night. The meeting was held at Salt Building, which houses the headquarters of the president-elect.
