Tree Top Hospital, operated by Tree Top Health Private Limited, has cancelled the management agreement established with its foreign partner.
The agreement made with Malaysia-based Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care was cancelled effective from November 1, according to management of Tree Top Hospital. However, the hospital did not reveal any further details for the reasons behind the cancellation of the agreement. Tree Top Hospital assured high quality services will be provided despite the cancellation of the agreement, adding the national healthcare insurance scheme will be available for the patients.
Tree Top Hospital is the first ever tertiary standard hospital opened in the country by a local company. The facility was developed with a budget of USD 110 million and has bed capacity of 210 making it the largest investment made in the healthcare sector of the country by a local party.
