Supreme Court of Maldives has appointed Dr. Abdulla Nazeer as the new Judicial Administrator.
Judicial Administrator is the highest ranked administrative position in Department of Judicial Administration. The Judicial Administrator is appointed by the bench of Supreme Court.
The position have been vacant since February 6, following the arrest of former Judicial Administrator Hassan Saeed. The former Judicial Administrator was arrested during the state of emergency declared in February.
