Minister of Defence Mariya Ahmed Didi has monitored the Aviation Security Command.
During her visit to Velana International Airport (VIA) to monitor the Aviation Security Command, Minister Mariya inquired about aviation security and about the challenges faced in the sector. Further, the minister highlighted the importance of Aviation Security Command and appreciated the efforts in maintaining the safety for travellers. Moreover, during the visit, Mariya spoke on how the services of the command can be further enhanced.
Upon assuming the position of the defence minister, Mariya has met and inquired about the services provided by the authorities and agencies under the ministry.
