Male' City Mayor Shifa Mohamed has revealed one of the main issues noticed these days are illegal retail of petrol and other goods at households, especially after business hours. The mayor made the remarks in an interview to PSM News, following a gathering held with Male' City residents and businesses.
At the meeting, Mayor Shifa noted illegal selling of petrol and other items should be stopped as soon as possible. Furthermore, the mayor said the meeting held was very fruitful, revealing discussions of the meeting were held on topics such as issuing permits for 24 hour businesses.
Moreover, she revealed discussions also focused on smoking in public areas where it is prohibited.
