Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has appointed Masthoor Husnee as the Vice President of the constitutional body.
Masthoor Husnee was appointed as a member of JSC by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih on December 12. He was elected as the Vice President of JSC unanimously by the members present at the meeting.
Currently, Speaker of Parliament Qasim Ibrahim, Supreme Court Judge Abdulla Areef, High Court Judge Abdul Rauf Ibrahim, Judge Mohamed Eesa Fulhu, Parliamentarian Ahmed Faris Maumoon, President of Civil Service Commission Dr. Ali Shameem, Attorney General Ibrahim Riffath, Abdul Hannan Ahmed and Latheefa Qasim holds the membership of JSC.
