President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has made two appointments at the level of state minister.
At a ceremony held at President's Office, Khadeeja Adam was appointed as Minister of State for Higher Education and Mohamed Shaafi'ee was appointed as Minister of State for Communication, Science and Technology.
The administration has now made 43 appointments at the level of state minister.
