Ambassador of Australia to Maldives Bryce David Hutchesson has paid a farewell call on Speaker of Parliament Qasim Ibrahim.
During the meeting, conveyed thanks and appreciation for the continuous support and services provided to the Maldives during the ambassador’s tenure, highlighting the relations of Maldives with Australia have strengthened. Moreover, discussions were also held to enhance areas of mutual interest within two countries. The ambassador and the speaker discussed about the upcoming parliamentary elections.
Noting the close relations between two countries, the ambassador expressed hope the relations are further enhanced. Meanwhile, Speaker of Parliament thanked the ambassador for all the assistance extended to Maldives during his tenure.
