STO reduces fuel prices

State Trading Organisation (STO) has reduced fuel prices.

The state owned organisation reduced USD 0.13 from a diesel litre and USD 0.065 from a petrol litre. This is the largest reduction in fuel prices in the recent history. STO attributed the slash in fuel prices to the global fuel price reduction. Following the changes, a diesel litre will be sold for USD 0.65, while a petrol litre will be sold for USD 0.66.

The average price of gasoline around the world is USD 1.08 per litre. However, there is substantial difference in these prices among countries.
