Elections Commission has registered People’s National Congress (PNC).
In an event held at the commission, the letter of registration was handed over to the interim president of the party Abdul Raheem Abdulla by the President of the electoral body Ahmed Shareef.
The party was registered following the inaugural general meeting, in which PNC elected an interim president and a 40-member interim council. During the meeting, PNC inaugurated its official name, logo, colour and flag. Moreover, PNC launched its party charter and manifesto.
