Ministry of Finance has revealed the state received USD 96.873 million as revenue last month. The biggest amount of revenue was generated from tax and import duty, according to the monthly economic indicators of January 2019.
The statistics showed the state spent nearly USD 77.5 million as expenses within the past month which was mostly spent on administrative expenses, interests and as finances for projects. While the state received USD 96.873 million as revenue in January, USD 71 million was received as tax.
The state ended January with a surplus of USD 22.675 million as the expenses were lower than the revenue generated.
