Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has commenced an anti-corruption campaign as part of the preparations for the upcoming parliamentary elections. Ending Electoral Corruption 2019 is an awareness campaign, according to ACC.
In a notice, ACC said the aim of the campaign is to encourage prioritising truthfulness and loyalty when granted powers and to aware the public on ending corruption. ACC also stated another aim of the campaign is encouraging the public to choose a candidate with integrity and free from corruption. As part of the campaign, ACC will disseminate information via media outlets, social media and other platforms.
The parliamentary elections will be held on April 6.
