Managing Director of State Electric Company Limited (STELCO) Hassan Mughnee has said, the company will be made the first party to complete building the office tower project. The Managing Director made the remarks while addressing the company's Staff Night 2019.
Stating that the most important asset of a company is the staff Mughnee said, the company is trying to make the work environment for staff, as easy as possible. The Managing Director noted, the housing scheme for staff is one of the utmost priorities of the company.
He added, once the housing units are complete, they will be distributed in accordance with set norms.
Mughnee also said, in the past 8 months, a total of 116 staff have been promoted after assessing their work and many benefits have been planned for staff.
Mughnee said, the benefits include, opening a staff allowance center, facilitating health insurance, granting 3 days of leave upon the demise of a loved one and granting 15 days of leave for visiting Mecca for to complete pilgrimage. It has also been decided to provide educational and training opportunities for staff.
