Ministry of Education signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Fenaka Corporation Limited to provide non-stop electricity services to schools.
Minister of Education Dr. Aishath Ali signed the MOU on behalf of the ministry, while Managing Director Ahmed Saeed Mohamed signed on behalf of Fenaka.
The MOU is aimed to provide uninterrupted electricity services to schools and other facilities deemed necessary by the ministry. The one-year understanding was signed to overcome the challenges and improve the electricity services by cooperation from both sides, including bringing the required changes to the network, regular supervision to formulate assessment reports and provide training to some staff to rectify basic problems facing electricity at schools.
