Fenaka Corporation has contracted the construction of its office buildings in Gemanafushi, Gaafu Alifu Atoll and Milandhoo, Shaviyani Atoll.
Development of Fenaka’s office building in Gemanafushi was contracted to Afami Maldives Private Limited. The contract was signed by Managing Director of Fenaka Corporation Ahmed Saeed Mohamed and Managing Director of Afami Maldives Ameen Mohamed. The project was was contracted for USD 128,605, and must be completed within 120 days.
Meanwhile, development of Fenaka’s office building in Milandhoo was contracted to Vehicon Builders Private Limited. The contract was signed by Deputy Managing Director Saeed and Managing Director of Vehicon Ahmed Rasheed. The project was contracted for USD 622,242 and must be completed within 305 days.
Fenaka has also contracted construction of powerhouses in Fonadhoo, Laamu Atoll and Lhohi, Noonu Atoll. The projects are part of its efforts to relocate powerhouses from residential areas to more remote areas in islands.
