Fenaka Corporation Limited has handed over the completion of utility works of the row houses in Kulhudhuffushi City to a sub-contractor.
Fenaka handed over completion of utility works of 40 row houses to Tic-Tac Investments Private Limited under a sub-contractor policy. The agreement was signed by Managing Director of Fenaka Ahmed Saeed and Managing Director of Tic-Tac Investments Mohamed Aslam.
Although the tenants were announced in 2018, Fenaka said they were not able to move into the row houses as water, sewerage and electricity services were unavailable in all 40 row houses.
