National Emergency Operation Centre (NEOC) has revealed all individuals in isolation and in quarantine facilities are in good health.
Speaking at a press conference held at NEOC, Dr. Moosa Murad appealed for everyone to continue following the orders and instructions from the relevant authorities, although no positive cases were recorded in the past few days. Murad stated developments were made in the fight against COVID-19 in Maldives with cooperative efforts from all authorities. Furthermore, the doctor advised all citizens to abide by the orders from the authorities if they require to go out.
Maldives has reported 13 positive COVID-19 cases, of which 5 individuals have fully recovered. All 13 individuals infected with COVID-19 are foreign nationals.
