15 children who tested positive for COVID-19 in relatively good health

Pediatrician at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) Dr. Ahmed Faisal has revealed all children who tested positive for COVID-19 are in relatively good health.

Dr. Faisal stated 15 children have tested positive for COVID-19, highlighting 40% of the children are asymptomatic. He added 40% of the children showed signs of mild fever and 20% of children are coughing. He said 13% of the children have throat pain while 1% of the children experience loss of taste and smell.

Although elderly citizens are more prone to the coronavirus and are at high-risk, the number of children testing positive for COVID-19 is relatively high, according to global statistics.
