Maldivian to increase scheduled flights to Dhaka

The national airline, Maldivian, has announced it will be increasing scheduled flight operations to Dhaka, Bangladesh starting from next week.

Maldivian currently operates one flight to Dhaka every week. The airline announced on October 7 that the number of weekly flights to Dhaka will be increased to 3 starting from the coming week. As such, flights will be operated to Dhaka every Sunday, Tuesday and Friday.

The national airline resumed scheduled flights to Dhaka on August 4, over four months after international flights were suspended due to COVID-19. A one-way ticket to Dhaka costs USD 433.
