Ministry of Economic Development has set the business hours for cafes, restaurants, shops and other general businesses during the month of Ramadan.
The economic ministry said shops and similar businesses will be permitted to operate between 08:00 a.m and 12:00 a.m during Ramadan. Meanwhile, cafe/restaurants are permitted to provide their services from 05:30 p.m to 03:00 a.m during Ramadan.
From April 1 until the start of Ramadan, shops and general businesses will be allowed to operate from 05:30 a.m until 12:00 a.m. Meanwhile, cafe/restaurants will be allowed to operate from 04:30 a.m until 01:00 a.m until Ramadan.
The economic ministry has advised businesses to adhere to the guidelines of Health Protection Agency (HPA) when providing their services to the public.
