Ministry of Islamic Affairs has opened the opportunity to provide cash donations to the Waqf Fund.
The Islamic ministry said the fund was opened for cash donations in order to facilitate more opportunities for those who wish to contribute to the fund. The ministry said cash donations to the Waqf Fund will be open until the end of April 2022.
Individuals who wish to donate cash to the Waqf Fund can do so via the reception of the Islamic ministry between 0900hrs and 1200hrs during weekdays. Individuals who wish to make online donations are required to use the Bandeyri Pay portal.
The Waqf Fund was established to facilitate donations for renovation and other needs of mosques. The Islamic ministry has undertaken several projects on mosques from across the country using the donations made to Waqf Fund.
