STO opens applications for board directorship

State Trading Organisation (STO) has opened applications for the position of director to be represented on behalf of public shareholders on its board.

STO has opened the opportunity for applications for the board of directors until November 31. STO stated applicants can apply for the board of directors of STO by submitting the application form along with necessary documents. STO said the applicants will be interviewed by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

The nomination forwarded to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be decided by the board and a selection will be made from the shortlisted applicants, according to STO.

The information of the board will be made public in accordance with the policies of STO.
