A total of 108 staff from various divisions of Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) have participated in the Leadership Growth and Gratitude Training programme held from September 12-13.
MTCC stated the training was conducted by the Director of Corporate Service at the Auditor General’s Office (AGO) Adam Naseer Hussain and that the staff gained valuable insights on the need for learning, growth, and gratitude in leadership.
Additionally, 15 staff from MTCC’s Business Development and Administration Division participated in the Customer Service Excellence Training (Service Assistants) programme held on September 13. MTCC stated that the session was conducted by the in-house trainer Samih Shahenaaz and that the staff gained valuable insights on further improving the company's customer service quality.
