Vice President Faisal Naseem has inaugurated the World Cleanup Day 2022 activities in Hulhumale’.

He added that every person should contribute to cleaning up their environment as it would show a positive example to the large number of tourists that visit the country.

Over 1,600 participants have joined the cleanup day activities held by the Housing Development Corporation (HDC), including students, company officials, and volunteers of non-governmental organisations (NGOs). The activities included cleaning up waste from the beach, parks, and streets of Hulhumale’.
