Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has contracted Batch Construction Private Limited to develop the most luxurious housing project in Hulhumale'. The premium villa project in Hulhumale’ Phase II is named Aseria Home and Town Houses.
The land lease agreement for the project was signed by Managing Director of HDC Ahmed Athif and Managing Director of Batch Construction Mohamed Saeed. A 300,000sqft land nearby the tourism island in Hulhumale’ Phase II has been leased to Batch Construction for the project, as per the agreement.
The premium residential project will introduce new beachfront homes, townhouses and duplex townhouses. Each unit will have a 2,000sqft area. In addition, residents can enjoy semi-guarded security, a private neighbourhood, a resident garden, a guardroom, a police post and a clubhouse. Residents can also enjoy an exclusive lap pool, pool house, wellness centre, recreation centre, multi-purpose event hall and commercial complex. The project is estimated to introduce luxury living and create more than 100 jobs.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Atif said the project will be one of the largest and most unique luxury housing projects in Hulhumale' which will also bring about economic and social benefits. He said HDC aims to provide housing to all social classes. He added HDC believes the project will bring a revolutionary change to housing in Hulhumale'.
