Sri Lankan Airlines has decided to increase its flights to Addu City,
Sri Lankan Airlines currently operates one flight a week to Gan International Airport (GIA) in Addu. However, the airline has decided to operate two flights a week from Colombo, Sri Lanka, to Addu until March 2023 due to the peak season of tourists.
Managing Director of Ace Aviation Private Limited Mohamed Firaq said the flights will be operated on Saturdays and Tuesdays every week.
Flydubai is also preparing to start flights to Addu. The flights are scheduled to start on February 4, 2023.
