Gov't seeks to prepare students for the 21st century: Vice President

Vice President Faisal Naseem has stated the administration’s education policy seeks to prepare students for the 21st century. He made the remarks at a function held to inaugurate Iskandhar School’s STEM Fair 2022.

Speaking at the function, Vice President Naseem highlighted the importance of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) in developing children’s knowledge and skills. He also spoke about involving children in practical activities that require problem-solving to help nurture such skills.

Furthermore, Vice President Naseem emphasised the priority attached by the administration to develop the education sector. He concluded by saying that success can be attained through hard work and determination, and he urged parents and teachers to collaborate in order to achieve the goal.

The STEM Fair features 186 innovative projects by students from key stages 1-4 and will close on December 15.
