A survey conducted by HDC found that students and workers in Male’ spend USD325 on rent and 56% of respondents were in favour of the Co-Living Housing Project.
The design of the Co-Living Housing Project includes an outdoor gym, pantry, and kitchen on each floor of the building. It will also include laundry rooms, shops, and other amenities. Only Maldivians will be allowed to rent the twin-sharing and single rooms.
