Ministry of Islamic Affairs has begun providing English translations of the Friday sermons.
The Islamic ministry stated that making the English translations available will spread awareness and increase the reverence for the principles of Islam. The ministry also stated that the translations will be especially helpful for expatriates living in the Maldives.
English translations for every Friday sermon will now be published on the ministry’s website. The ministry assured that it will continue its efforts to spread Islamic ideology.
