SJ Construction Private Limited has been contracted to build 75 housing units in Feydhoo, Addu City.
The agreement was signed by Director at SJ Construction Shihad Ibrahim and Director General at the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure Ahmed Vishan. SJ Construction is tasked with building a multi-storey building with 75 apartments and two elevators within one year at a cost of USD7.8 million.
Each apartment will consist of 1,000sqft of space with three rooms and three bathrooms, a sitting room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and storeroom. The ground floor of the building will be reserved for commercial businesses and service area, and a park, vehicle parking area will be developed in the area.
