State Trading Organization (STO) has launched a programme to provide expenses for daycare services to its employees.
The programme named Little Wonders was inaugurated by Managing Director of STO Hussain Amr and General Manager of Peoples Operations Mariyam Nuzla. Little Wonders Programme is designed to provide support to STO employees in social life and in the workplace.
STO said one of the main objectives of the programme is to make it easier for employees to work while also helping them build a healthy lifestyle. The programme can be participated by any STO employee. Under the programme, STO will provide up to USD164.47 per month for each child under the age of eight to sign up in a registered daycare facility.
STO revealed employees will have the option to register at a reliable facility, adding it encourages employees to participate in the programme as widely as possible.
