HDC to conduct survey to improve services given to Hiyaa flat owners

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has decided to conduct a survey to improve the quality of services provided to residents living in Hiyaa flats. The survey will be conducted until March 6.

HDC stated that the data will be collected by visiting the flats and filling out an online form. However, the survey will not ask for information such as income, expenses, cash cards, and bank accounts. HDC employees will be wearing the company's employee cards in order to be recognised by the tenants. HDC also requested individuals to contact the company's call centre for any complaints or information regarding the survey.

HDC has been working to establish essential services in the Hiyaa flats area. As such, a school has opened in the area as well as mosques, shops, and a health clinic. Other essential services are also being provided.
