Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation Limited (FDCL) has revealed that the 4,000 housing units in the Aman Udhares housing project can be booked for public viewing during Ramadan.
The housing units are being developed in Hulhumale' Phase II. FDCL has awarded the contract to two Indian companies for the construction of the 4,000 housing units. FDCL has prepared two experience units for public viewing. The two experience units are the model units of a three-bedroom flat within the 2,000 units of the FDC-JMC Housing project. The experience units are located on the second floor of Tower 12.
FDCL opened the opportunity to view the experience units in late January last year. However, FDCL has reduced the hours of visits to the flats during Ramadan. Bookings can be made in groups of four at a time. Children under the age of 12 are prohibited from visiting the flat due to safety precautions as the site is still under construction. The flats will be available for viewing from 2100-2300hrs.
The housing units of the project are developed in 32 towers. The project will develop 1,200 two-bedroom housing units and 2,800 three-bedroom housing units. The two-bedroom units will be 650sqm and the three-bedroom units will be 900sqm. FDCL aims to complete 13 towers by August this year and aims to complete the entire project by August next year.
