The Maldives National Association of Construction Industry (MNACI) has launched the first-ever Construction Industry Forum (CIF) to discuss infrastructure and special projects.
CIF was organised by Medium Event Private Limited, with an endorsement from MACI. The event serves as a platform for deliberating on the challenges confronted by the construction industry in the Maldives and devising strategies for resolution.
Speaking at the event, President of MACI Mohamed Ali Janah expressed his approval of the initiative taken by Medium Event in holding the forum. He highlighted that the event's attendees, including industry leaders, decision-makers, and essential stakeholders, possess the highest expertise in the field currently. He also expressed optimism that the event will play a pivotal role in benefiting the construction industry by pinpointing vital and foundational challenges it confronts, proposing solutions, and promoting awareness about these concerns.
Construction Industry Forum focuses on infrastructure, housing, and challenges in procuring construction materials. The event was attended by over 80 participants from the government and private sector involved in the construction industry in addition to foreign parties.
