Vice President Faisal Naseem has called on citizens to think about the problems in the country and help solve them. He made the call at a ceremony held to award certificates to students selected for various positions at Iskandhar School.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice President Naseem said that no matter what position a person is working in, they have the responsibility to serve the country. He said that they should help solve the problems in the country, otherwise, the problems will persist no matter what government comes to power. He also urged citizens to take personal responsibility in all aspects to build a better society.
Addressing the students, Vice President Naseem advised those who want to be leaders to live in accordance with the qualities of a leader. He encouraged them to work with others with different opinions, involve them in activities, and be kind to everyone. He also said that one of the top priorities of students should be to learn skills and aim to become talented and hardworking citizens who serve the country.
Additionally, Vice President Naseem emphasised how students now have significantly more learning resources compared to previous generations. As such, he urged them to make every moment productive in order to work hard and become exemplary students.
