This solemn gesture, marked by the flying of the national flag at half-mast, is in tribute to the passing of Kuwait's late Amir, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jabir Al-Sabah.
In the condolence message, President Muizzu conveyed deep sadness and sorrow over the passing of the visionary leader, describing Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah as a dedicated and committed figure to Kuwait and its citizens.
