HDC appoints Ahmed Ibrahim as COO

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced the appointment of Ahmed Ibrahim as its Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Ahmed Ibrahim has over a decade of experience in the judiciary. He is currently pursuing higher education in the field. Ahmed Ibrahim previously served as a court officer in the Hulhumale' Court and was removed of his post in 2021.

In addition to his legal background, Ahmed Ibrahim is also the co-founder and managing director of the Dhiyares online newspaper.

The decision to appoint Ahmed Ibrahim as COO was made by the HDC board of directors. Meanwhile, Fazul Rasheed was appointed as the Managing Director of the company on November 28.
